Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Digital Assets

Maktab E Minar (operated by RAMU) enforces a strict No-Refund Policy for all digital downloads. Due to the duplicable nature of digital files (PDFs, Audio, Video), traditional return policies are impossible. All sales of digital products are final.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds are only issued for Duplicate Billing by the payment gateway, or Insurmountable System Failure preventing digital delivery within 72 hours.
